The purpose of the work project is to present Home Serve plc as a valuable investment opportunity and at the same time analyze the potential risks involved in the transaction, to provide an objective recommendation. In the individua part the Business Plan ,financial forecast, and the capital structure are further explained and developed. In the Business Plan and forecast section a time line of the acquisitions is presented, together with a forecast of revenue, Gross Margin and EBITDA, and Free Cash Flow. In the capital structure section, a valuation of the debt structure is presented. More over, in this section the four valuation methods (Trading comparable, precedent transactions, and two different DCF) used for the valuation of the company are presented and analyzed.
