The present Investment Committee Paper focuses on a potential LBO transaction of Select Medical Holdings Corp, one of the key companies of United States’ physical therapy industry operating in inpatient and out patient segments .Group H performed a company and market over view to assess the eligibility of Select Medical asa Leveraged Buy out aspirant. Also, value creation strategies were matured, considering a forecasted operating model. After this, the group evaluated the company by building a model with an optimal capital structure and returns for the exit year and assessing potential exit options.
