Este documento pretende descrever e refletir sobre as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio curricular realizado no grupo empresarial Rhodes Entertainment, mais especificamente na empresa Music For All. O estágio pretendeu estudar as relações humanas no âmbito da produção musical empresarial, na representação de artistas, tendo-se intitulado por essa razão “Relações Humanas e Económicas na Criação do Artista”. Assim, neste estágio o principal objetivo do estudo foi a observação das relações interpessoais nomeadamente entre os artistas e a agência de serviços em questão – Music for All – assim como compreender de que forma a qualidade dessas relações poderia influenciar a gestão e a valorização económica dos seus serviços. O estágio realizado no âmbito desta componente não-letiva teve a duração de
400 (quatrocentas) horas decorridas entre o início do mês de Outubro de 2019 e meados de Dezembro do mesmo ano, contando com a orientação no local da Gestora de Projetos Maria Martins e da professora Doutora Isabel Pires por parte da Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas.
This document intends to describe and reflect about the activities developed during the curricular internship carried out at the Rhodes Entertainment Company, specifically in the Music For All department. The curricular internship intended to study the human relationships in the corporate music production in representing artists, thus having the title “Human and Economic Relations in the Creation of the Artist. This internship had as its main objective the study and observation of the recurrent interpersonal relationships in the service agency in question – Music for All – and how it could influence the management and sale of its services. The non-teaching component lasted 400 (four hundred) hours, taking place between the beginning of October 2019 and mid-December of the same year, with onsite guidance from Project Manager Maria Martins and Professor Doctor Isabel Pires on behalf of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences.
