This work project addresses, in the format of a case study, the role of a positive individual vision (Commander António Silvestre Ferreira) in the achievement of an organization’s success (Herdade Vale da Rosa) from a depressed sector (agricultural sector) and a depressed region (Ferreira do Alentejo). It also pretends to discuss the main enablers of the company success that are result of his action.
