Resumo: Carrefour opted to pursue and omni channel strategy in order to navigate the disruption to which the grocery retail market has been subject to. Several challenges persist, but if Carrefour manages to overcome them by rethinking how it currently deploys is assets by leveraging on external partners it will position itself for success in the future.
