This thesis provides an analyse using foreign international markets selection technics, to 38 developed countries applied to HMED reality. This allowed the selection of the 4 countries with highest potential for an in-dep the valuation. France, Japan, USA, and Norway were studied with the first appearing as the most suitable market to enter.Strong contacts, a stable market and low entry barriers were key decision variable that led to the choice of France with the selection of direct exporting as the most suitable entry strategy. A financial forecasted was performed suggesting an interesting positive value for this international project.
