Insuch a competitive environment as the fast-fashion industry, operational efficiencyis a central determinant of firms’ success.Hence, it is crucial to analyze operational performance and identify opportunities of improvement. Supported in literature review, this project analyses the supply chainperformance of MOand Zippythrough several KPIs.Moreover, adashboard was constructedto allow real-time performance monitoringand support business decisions.The results of the analysis concluded that the supply chain cost, the customer order cycle timeand the warehousecost for MO and Zippy are underperformingthe industry benchmarks, which highlightsthe need to reducecostsand lead times.
