Resumo(s)
This Work Project, conducted in collaboration with EDP Comercial, pretends to support the decision of buildan internal EDP e Wallet from scratch to solve the problem of EDP’s future product portfolio: having bi-directional transactions at a larger scale and lower amounts which are not suited for the traditional monthly invoice. A business plan was conducted for a 10 years horizon with 3 scenarios for different conversions rate to the e Wallet for 2030. The positive NPV showcases that EDP Comercial should pursue with the project as a business opportunity to additionally increase the customer experience and decrease the credit at risk.
