The report aims to explain the methodology applied to predict the expected share price for Daimler AG at the end of 2020.For that purpose, the company’s strategy for the long term was considered in the valuation model. Moreover, a detailed industry overview was performed as well as a comprehensive study of the trends that will impact the automotive sector in the future, such as electric vehicles and autonomous driving. Using a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, an investment recommendation was made, taking into consideration not only capital gains but also the dividend yield.
