Esta dissertação apresenta um estudo de caso sobre o uso da hashtag no contexto ciberativista no Instagram, após o assassinato da vereadora Marielle Franco, a 14 de março de 2018, no Rio de Janeiro. As hashtags #MarielleVive e #MariellePresente foram analisadas por meio dos Métodos Digitais em temas ligados a direitos humanos dos seguintes grupos sociais: mulheres, LGBTQI+ e negros. O estudo expõe a adesão e participação de artistas no processo viral das tags na rede social e identifica personagens políticos que motivaram a utilização das hashtags.
This dissertation presents a study on the use of the hashtag in the cyberactivist context on Instagram, after the murder of city councilor Marielle Franco, in March 2018, in Rio de Janeiro. The hashtags #MarielleVive and #MariellePresente were analyzed using Digital Methods on themes related to the human rights of social groups: women, LGBTQI + and black people. The study exposes the adhesion and participation of artists in the viral process of tags on the social network and identifies political characters that motivate the use of hashtags.
