O presente trabalho de projeto, realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Edição de Texto,
pretende ser um contributo para a criação de uma publicação destinada a revisores de
textos. O objetivo é provocar reflexões sobre questões contemporâneas de revisão de
textos, a fim de valorizar o revisor e contribuir para a formação desse profissional que
carece de referências teóricas.
Depois de uma revisão de literatura e de uma análise comparativa de publicações com
temáticas similares, será descrita uma macroestrutura para uma futura publicação: um
livro em formato acessível, isto é, nos suportes papel (tradicional e braille) e digital
(ePub3). Aqui nos preocupamos com a inclusão social: atender ao público com
deficiência visual, que deve ter por direito acesso às mesmas oportunidades,
especialmente no que diz respeito ao saber. Portanto, apresentaremos um protótipo
desse livro no formato PDF que será a base para as versões impressa e digital.
Desejamos que essa publicação seja útil aos revisores de textos no exercício de sua
função e importante igualmente aos demais interessados na área.
This project work, carried out within the scope of the Masters in Text Editing, aims to be a contribution in creating a publication for text proofreaders. The goal is to provoke reflection on contemporary issues of text proofreading, in order to value the proofreader and contribute with training this professional who lacks theoretical references. After a survey on the literature and a comparative analysis of publications with similar themes, a macrostructure for a future publication will be described: a book in accessible format, that is, in paper (traditional and braille) and digital media (ePub3). We are concerned with social inclusion: serving the visually impaired public, who should have the right to access the same opportunities, especially regarding to knowledge. Therefore, we will present a prototype of this book in PDF format that will be the basis for the print and digital versions. We hope that this publication will be useful for proofreaders in the exercise of their function and equally important for others interested in the area.
