IHG operates in three different regions: Americas, EMEAA and Greater China.Nowadays,Greater China isthe region with higher growthinterms of number of hotels. In this study, it will be analysed the way how IHG is investing there:creating valueor only increase its volume.By conducting scenarios and sensitivity analysis, it will be possible to conclude the impacton company’s value through investing in Greater China rather than in other regions and how forecasted value driversmay impact the forecastedIHG’sFY20 share price.
