Everything comes to an end, and our life is not an exception. At that moment, it is funeral services that handlethe body and organize the funeral, a process that has seen little changes over many centuries. Information asymmetry in the funeral business makes it easy for the service providers to maintain high prices without significant investments in the quality of theirservice. Funeral industry is a technological laggard ripe for disruption. This work-project is a business plan for digital funeral services platform in Latin America, developed for the LITS Adventures, a company that intends to lead the disruption.
