The purpose of this Work Project is to understand what it takesto position a specialized credit provider as having asocietal rolein the current Portuguesecontext.To address this challenge, a diagnosis was conducted, which contains a sectorial context analysis, a benchmark, a stakeholder consultation, as well as aperformance evaluation. A proposal fora societal positioning anda sustainability strategy are provided so that the company can have an impact in the current Portuguese context.
