| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to develop a ROI framework to assess the impact of AI tools implemented within organizations. Theoretical evidence provides insights into main approaches and variables necessary to design the methodology. Expert interviews allow for an evaluation and enhancement of the introduced approach. The resulting framework adopts a hybrid structure to capture financial, productivity, human-centered, and contextual metrics. This enables organizations to observe measurable impacts of AI, investing in technologies that accelerate revenue growth. | eng |
