The work presented evaluates a Private Equity investment in Quadpack, a mid-sized player in the Cosmetic Packaging Industry founded and head quartered in Spain. An overview of the company, its financials, and the market in which it participates is presented, followed by an investment thesis and business plan consistent with it. After wards, its Enterprise Value at entry is set, followed by a financing structure analysis, return break downs and sensitivities, deliberations on exit options, ending with key are as to due diligence and risk considerations. Finally, an individual reflection regarding Private Equity’s role on company-founder detachment is presented.
