| dc.description.abstract | Earth observation can help address the increasing challenges of modern cities due to climate change. In the field of urban planning, earth observation provides decisionmakers with reliable and objective data that helps to reduce the impact of climate change and increase people’s livability. For the individual contribution, a collaboration with the Danish company DHI Gras was agreed to find an attractive geographical market for their Impervious Surface monitoring solution Urban Mapping. By applying The Value Creation Wheel framework, the Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan was identified as the suitable target region to launch the service solution | pt_PT |
