This Work Project consists of an Investment Committee Paperon De ’Longhi ,elaborated by a group of students from the Masters in Finance Program. De’ Longhi is an Italian manufacturer of small domestic appliances. The company has 3 operating segments :Coffee Makers; Cooking & Food Preparation and Comfort & Home Care. The group developed a value creation strategy for the company base don an in depth analysis of the firm and the markets where it operates, to execute the proposed leveraged buy out. At the end, returns were estimated, key due diligence are as were determined, and several exit options were analysed.
