Resumo(s)
This study examines the challenges faced by disabled individuals in finding employment and looks at case studies from other European countries to identify best practices. Based on these findings, the study proposes practical recommendations for Portuguese institutions to improve employment prospects for people with disabilities. The financial implications of these recommendations are also estimated. By promoting a more inclusive society, this study aims to reduce the employment gap between disabled and non-disabled individuals in Portugal.
