| dc.description.abstract | The project goal is to support Via Verde in adapting its innovative portfolio by researching best practices in mobility worldwide that could be replicated to Via Verde. The group followed a three-step process: diagnosis, analysis, and recommendations. These included studies of the mobility market, competition, internal resources, and customer needs.
