| dc.description.abstract | Purpose and Methodology Which sustainable business practices will shape the aviation industry in the future? To answer this question, this paper (i) details the three most relevant sustainable business practices in use by the industry, (ii) provides a literature review on these three areas of action, (iii) scrutinizes passengers’ preferences towards airlines’ different sustainable business practices and (iv) contrasts those with insights gathered from industry experts, (v) to ultimately determine the key sustainable aviation trends. | pt_PT |
