This thesis explores strategies to improve stadium attendance and fan engagement at S.S. Lazio, with a particular focus on the feasibility and design of a loyalty membership programme. Using a mixed-methods approach that combines survey data and in-depth interviews with supporters, the research examines key drivers of attendance, including ticketing strategies, service quality, and emotional attachment. Findings suggest that tailored loyalty initiatives, new pricing models, and improved matchday experiences could significantly enhance
both fan satisfaction and match attendance.
