| dc.description.abstract | Santarém seems to align with Semear’s business model and expansion requirements both from conceptual and financial standpoints. Before expansion, Semear should set the pillars for the expansion and its strategy for the following years, namely by defining its positioning on 5 key areas: human resources, partners, location, marketing & promotion and monetary investment. Only then, the organization will be able to enter the market -at a lower scale when compared to Lisbon. Once the market is tested, the business model validated and consumers have some brand awareness, Semear can start introducing new features and grow progressive lyover time. | pt_PT |
