| dc.description.abstract | No contexto do programa de “Vistos Gold” apresentado pelo Governo de Portugal, o número de investidores globais interessados por Portugal está a aumentar de dia para dia, especialmente os investidores chineses. Cada vez mais indivíduos e famílias chinesas têm investido em Portugal. Segundo o mapa de estatísticas publicado pelo SEF, de outubro de 2012 a setembro de 2023, um total de 5407 grupos de famílias chinesas receberam aprovação de ARI, cuja quantidade de aprovação de ARI ocupa 1º lugar dos beneficiários totais. Após a obtenção de ARI, os beneficiários são obrigados a apresentar um certificado de conhecimento básico de língua portuguesa para solicitar a ARP, o que torna cada vez mais importante que os chineses com Vistos Gold aprendam a língua portuguesa. Ao mesmo tempo, a diferença entre as línguas portuguesa e chinesa é um dos obstáculos à aprendizagem do português para os chineses. Os recursos pedagógicos insuficientes e os métodos de ensino inadequados fazem com que apenas um pequeno número de aprendentes chineses tenha oportunidade de aprender a língua numa forma sistemática. De facto, as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos chineses com Vistos Gold na aprendizagem do português apresentam características gerais e específicas. Por conseguinte, é necessário estudar as causas que estão na sua origem e os fatores envolvidos. O objetivo desta dissertação é analisar as barreiras e, em particular, os constrangimentos encontrados pelos chineses com Vistos Gold no processo de aprendizagem do português. Com base nas teorias de PLE e PLS, o autor realizou um inquérito para recolher dados. Através da análise dos dados obtidos, o autor identificou os constrangimentos relevantes e fez as recomendações para a aprendizagem. Os resultados deste estudo servirão como um importante guia para os chineses com Vistos Gold no processo de aprendizagem do português. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | With the introduction of the "Golden Visa" program by the Portuguese government, Portugal has become more attractive to an increasing number of investors all around the world, especially the Chinese. More Chinese individuals and families are taking this country investment into their consideration. According to SEF, a total of 5,407 Chinese families have received ARI approval during October 2012 to September 2023, which ranked first among all the countries. However, ARI holders who wish to get the ARP must prove themselves with the basic Portuguese language skills. At the same time, the difference between Portuguese and Chinese has become one of the biggest obstacles that hinders the "Golden Visa" investors from learning Portuguese. Inadequate resources and immature teaching methods result in only a few of the Portuguese learners with the access of systematically language learning. In fact, the difficulties faced by the chinese Golden Visa holder in learning Portuguese are universal and specific at the same time. Therefore, it is essential to study the roots behind factors related and to present corresponding suggestions. This dissertation analyzes the obstacles encountered by chinese Golden Visa holder during their Portuguese learning, especially the constraints, which are identified by analyzing the data obtained through a survey based on the theories of PLE and PLS. The author presents here the corresponding learning recommendations, hoping the results of this study will serve as an important guide for chinese Golden Visa holders in their Portuguese language learning process. | pt_PT |
