| dc.description.abstract | In this investment committee paper, we will start by giving in sights about the boating industry which has been growing for the past years and is forecasted to continue to do so, before presenting Malibu, which is a boating leader in the US since 2010. Our paper will then present our investment thesis that will cover Buy and build, Internationalization, and operational enhancement of acquisitions, and then dive in to the business plan. We will finish by summarizing our findings from the LBO model built, presenting exit strategies along with a due diligence and a summary about the future of electric boating. | pt_PT |
