| dc.description.abstract | This analysis is intended to supplement the benchmarking analysis and strategic plan completed in the Market analysis and strategic plan for the implementation of a sports innovation hub for the FIFA World Cup 2030 application. Following a benchmarking analysis of the Arena Hub and the SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter's Five Forces analyses, this report investigates the NFL Player Health hub model and runs the VRIO and Growth Share Matrix analyses to assess the feasibility of the new hub and understand the best international practices in the area. | eng |
