This analysis, part of a larger equity research thesis on
Hyatt Hotels Corporation, seeks to quantify the company’s
equity value. Amid recovery of the largest crisis in modern
history, companies’ futures are rife with uncertainty. Based
on the company’s strategy analysis and forecasted
performance, the authors have reached a equity share price
of $106,18, generating an expected return of 9,5%
including expected capital gains and dividend yield based
on the closing price on December 15, 2022. The authors
recommend a HOLD position.
