| dc.description.abstract | The current research is conducted to study the Value-Based paradigm in healthcare and create a detailed roadmap for Life Science manufacturing firms, namely pharmaceutical and medical device companies, to adopt the new model. The work was facilitated by means of thorough investigation into the literature on the topic and analyzing the insights gained from the experts in the healthcare industry. The final output is comprised of a step-by-step plan with a general Institutional Strategy introducing the five phases of transformation that serve as a guidance for the industry leadership initiating the corporate change to a patient-centered still competitive approach. | eng |
