This thesis explores how international diversity shapes leadership, feedback culture, and team effectiveness in strategy consulting firms. Based on twenty semi-structured interviews across multiple firms and geographies, the study finds that while cultural diversity enhances insight and collaboration, it also creates challenges in feedback interpretation and leadership alignment. The research proposes three actionable solutions: fostering culturally adaptive leadership, redesigning feedback systems for inclusivity, and embedding international culture into team and firm structures. These findings offer a roadmap for consulting firms aiming to build more effective and inclusive global teams.
