| dc.description.abstract | Associação POUSIO Arte e Cultura, a non-profit organization founded in 2019, dedicates itself to promoting and preserving cultural heritage, empowering emerging artists, combating social and cultural isolation, and decentralising cultural production in Portugal. The association needed consulting in a moment where it wants to switch to a hybrid model and offer new products and services. This thesis analyses the organisation’s current financial stability and sustainability and offers many suggestions as to what services it can offer and how they might translate into revenue, and, in turn, how that can translate into more social impact and cultural development. | pt_PT |
