Sumário: O presente texto analisa as diversas modalidades por que se apresenta a violação do Direito Internacional Público por parte dos tratados internacionais, a qual se traduz na nulidade. Mas a nulidade dos tratados internacionais está longe de ser um instituto homogéneo, podendo morfologicamente diferenciar-se tanto na gravidade das suas causas que são os vícios que os contaminam como na amplitude dos efeitos que lhes correspondem no objectivo de realizar a sua depreciação jurídica no tocante à respetiva validade, eficácia e até mesmo existência jurídica. Abstract: This paper analyzes the differente modalities by which shows the violation of International Law by the international treaties, which translates into a nullity. But the nullity of international treaties is far from being a homogeneous institute and may morphologically differentiate both the seriousness of their causes - which are the vices which contaminate - as in the range of effects that correspond to them in order to perform its legal depreciation regarding its validity, effectiveness and even legal existence.
