This work project aimed to develop a financial literacy initiative for Grupo Ageas Portugal, either by creating anew, disruptive one or by improving the one in place (Orientate). The student’s individual part of the project focuses on a fully-digital financial literacy initiative to be implemented by Ageas, corresponding to the second road map the group proposed and putting together four of the six recommendations presented: the creation of a pod cast where a student and an expert discuss relevant topics and associate them with financial concepts, the investment in digital tools (such as videos, quizzes, and online games), the creation of an app where all resources are together in one place, and the investment in a social media campaign. This approach makes sense given the rising importance of digital learning tools and how these formats can bring gamification and interactive educational experiences al together for the target group.pt_PT
