A successful strategy execution is the key process in which strategy is translated into action
(Kaplan and Norton 2004). This Work Project focuses on strategy execution by addressing
Strategic Objectives and Strategic Themes in a Region/Market Iberia within a Multinational
Company. The aim of this Work project was to produce a Strategy Map from the collected
documents and interviews, establishing the cause-and-effect relationships between strategic
objectives, and develop a KPI Dashboard. Furthermore, a KPI Scorecard example connected
with one Strategic Theme was also built. Further development on the KPI scorecard is needed
to continue to build on the KPI Dashboard.
