Resumo(s)
This work project´s main goal is to quantify the financial impact of the recommendations
considered to have the most effect on Prevenir´s financial sustainability. The overall impact of
those recommendations was also computed considering a timeline of 3 years. In conclusion, the
largest source of revenue will come from the Psychological Consultations BU, followed by the
Workshops & Training Programs. Based on the referred recommendations, the balanced
scorecard was employed where specific objectives were assigned according to each
perspective's importance for a better visualization of the targets to accomplish. Finally, a list of
prospective next steps for the future was created
