| dc.description.abstract | This project serves as a starting point for Sport Lisboa e Benfica to design a strategic plan for sustainable growth of women's football. To address this challenge, the project leverages on current women’s football and sports literature and expert interviews to analyze the external and internal situation, while benchmarking other successful European clubs and leagues, culminating on a set of recommendations to achieve sustainable commercial and sporting success. In the individual part, the critical success factor of partnerships was examined in more detail and instructions were given on how to achieve sustainable success for women's football. | pt_PT |
