dc.description.abstractWeCare, Ltd. an aspiring Chinese mobile application start up has recently launched its first mobile application product in China. As of February 2016, the application concentrated on its basic product idea and was consequently held rather simple and to a minimum. During the course of this project a team of four CEMS students helped the company to come up with a set of new, innovative product feature ideas that can further enhance the product’s value proposition. Moreover, the team supported WeCare’s vision to internationalize in the future by identifying the most promising markets to expand into.pt_PT
