| dc.description.abstract | This paper intends to present the Management Consulting Lab project developed in partnership with Portugal Ventures. The project has benefits for both students and the client: for students it is an opportunity to gain an innovative learning experience in a reallife setting and apply methodologies learned to solve problems; it also gives companies access to high-quality and cost-effective consulting projects and a young talent pool with new ideas and frameworks. The client’s challenge required thorough analysis to produce several deliverables to the client including a set of recommendations for future implementation based on the team’s main findings. | por |
