| dc.description.abstract | This case study emphasizes the rapid growth of Enpal GmbH and the management's decisions to evaluate in the Winter of 2022. It discusses the trade-off between high growth ambitions and customer service promises. Further, it elaborates on market developments in recent years. It also debates and highlights different aspects of national and international expansion strategies. Management has to decide whether to continue its high growth strategy or address operational issues leading to customer dissatisfaction. The case discusses the different options the management of Enpal faces and requires the reader to discuss the advantages and drawbacks of the possibilities at hand. To analyze the best path for Enpal, the reader needs to understand the business model, strategic decisions, and external circumstances. Further, the reader is invited to analyze and discuss dimensions and timely action that go beyond the details of the case and the company's situation as of Winter 2022.
