| dc.description.abstract | This project explores the future of real estate valuation practices in the European Union using the Intuitive-Logics School of scenario planning. Drawing on insights gathered through interviews with Accumin’s workforce and industry leaders, along with a survey and a workshop, the study aims to address key uncertainties, examine plausible future developments, and formulate strategic responses. Based on two key uncertainties, Governmental Influence on Market Regulationand Availability and Quality of Data, four distinct scenarios were developed, providing actionable insights to ensure resilience and adaptability in the face of future challenges. | eng |
