This study intends to provide a guideline to small and medium size companies on their journey toward sustainable growth through digital transformation, using the experience of NAE - Vegan Shoes1 as a reference.
Nowadays, selling online is no longer a guarantee of a successful, profitable, and sustainable future. To have a chance to be successful in the medium-long term, companies need to continuously adapt themselves and use digital tools as a vehicle for the path ahead. Being digital means welcoming change and embrace on a continuous journey of adaption to face the challenges of a permanent dynamic environment.
We will use the methodology of a management consultancy to describe the Digital Maturity of NAE Vegan Shoes, assess its Customer Insights, build a Vision for the company's future, and defines the roadmap for its path toward digital mastery. Lastly, we refer to which steps to endeavour should this study be extended to a broader scope.
