| dc.description.abstract | This research paper examines strategies for attracting female Master students and recent graduates in consulting firms. The underrepresentation of women in the consulting industry poses both ethical and business risks. Combining existing literature and qualitative interviews with female graduates, the study uncovers key job requirements, recruitment preferences, and challenges faced by female candidates. The findings highlight the importance of work-life balance, mentorship programs, diversity, and transparent DEI initiatives. The paper provides actionable recommendations such as organizing female-only events with representative speakers and implementing targeted mentoring programs creating an inclusive and supportive environment that appeals to female talent in consulting firm. | pt_PT |
