| dc.description.abstract | An immersive business simulation learning experience serves as the foundation for this work, designed to apply concepts and learning on the functioning of a business. Two distinct dimensions of this program will be addressed. The first dimension focuses on a self-reflection as a member of a management team, emphasizing performance in cross-functional decision making. The second part analyzes a car manufacturing business through the lens of three key business functions - Strategy, Operations, and Finance – as it undergoes the transition towards electrification and strives for sustainability. | pt_PT |
