Innovation is a broad concept that is gaining importance in the literature. This project is based in an extensive literature review and his propose is extract the key factors responsible for innovation failure and analyse them in the context of two types of innovation found: Incremental and Radical Innovation. Many authors have studied
different factors that are critical for its success or failure related with their perspective of innovation definition. In this project Radical and Incremental Innovation are the starting point of the project to discover strategic, organizational-structural, and marketing determinants, that explain the failure of some companies.
