Resumo(s)
This thesis documents the continuous process of improvement that a product undergoes to fit a target market, following the Lean Startup principles. The Seed Effect Club was created as a space to support immigrant women entrepreneurs as both individuals and professionals, aiming to understand their unique characteristics. The goal is to design a tailored methodology for consultancy and mentorship for their early-stage startups. The document explores the conditions of the market, its pains and needs, and the ongoing process of product creation and improvement. The narrative unfolds from the founders' perspective, highlighting the transformative potential of a woman who, like a seed, has the potential to grow and thrive with the right tools and conditions.
