O presente Trabalho de Projeto visa a apresentação do processo de desenho, desenvolvimento e implementação do evento Open House Indústria, realizado no município da Amadora entre os dias 6 e 7 de junho de 2025, enquanto elemento para a divulgação, proteção e salvaguarda do património industrial. A relevância do tema escolhido assenta na necessidade de fomentar a discussão em torno do património industrial e a dinamização de atividades que visem a sua divulgação, uma vez que estes esforços têm sido maioritariamente desenvolvidos por associações de interesse público e técnicos individuais. Um evento de portas abertas para o património industrial na Amadora valoriza a memória coletiva e a identidade local, dando a conhecer espaços históricos que foram motores de desenvolvimento económico e emprego no concelho. A organização e aplicação deste tipo de atividades fomenta ainda a participação cívica, o turismo cultural e a dinamização económica, reforçando o compromisso do município da Amadora com a salvaguarda e valorização da sua herança industrial.
This project aims to present the design, development, and implementation process of the Open House Indústria event, held in Amadora between June 6th and 7th, 2025, as an element for the dissemination, protection, and safeguarding of industrial heritage. The relevance of the chosen theme lies in the need to foster discussion around industrial heritage and the promotion of activities aimed at its dissemination, since these efforts have been mostly implemented by public interest associations and individual technicians. An open house event for industrial heritage in Amadora values collective memory and local identity, showcasing historical spaces that were drivers of economic development and employment in the municipality. The organization and application of this type of activity also encourages civic participation, cultural tourism, and economic development, reinforcing the commitment of the municipality of Amadora to the safeguarding and enhancement of its industrial heritage.
