| dc.description.abstract | This project examines the possibility of digitalization of Secil's corporate travel management process, addressing operational inefficiencies in the current manual travel booking system. Through comprehensive internal analysis, external benchmarking, and hypothesis testing, this study evaluates digital solutions against defined requirements. Financial and operational modelling demonstrates that transitioning to a self-booking platform reduces process time by approximately 75% while generating cost savings of around 55%. The analysis was further supported by change management frameworks grounded in Lewin's (1943) and Kotter's (1996)models. The study includes a phased implementation roadmap with pilot testing, KPI monitoring, and strategic guidance for successful adoption | eng |
