| dc.description.abstract | Although theoretical knowledge is essential, it is still not enough to be an effective manager. This thesis explores the Business in Practice (BiP) simulation conducted at Nova SBE, which was a practical, immersive experience. The first section is a reflection highlighting the personal growth and self-knowledge acquired through this activity. It will focus on what I did and how I reacted to certain situations using the Gibbs Reflective Cycle. The second section will focus on how the team performed by analyzing the Innovation, Human Resources and Operations departments of the firm. | pt_PT |
