| dc.description.abstract | The metaverse creates new business models and job opportunities by bridging the virtual and physical worlds. Accordingly, its potential to unleash the next wave of digital disruption is becoming increasingly clear, and early adopters have already begun to reap the benefits. However, it still needs to be defined, both literally and figuratively. This research introduces a novel theoretical model of how company leaders can develop strategies and near-term actions using a permanent strategy. This research extends the academic debate around different metaverse strategies adopted and what the future will hold for the metaverse. | pt_PT |
