This thesis examines how resilience, security practices and DevSecOps are actually experienced inside organizations. Through interviews with professionals and a survey with over two hundred respondents, the study highlights a gap between intention and routine: teams value security and metrics, but many practices remain inconsistent. The analysis is used to evaluate the FOBICS framework and its ability to reflect real needs across automation, collaboration, access control, training and measurement. The results suggest that FOBICS aligns well with common challenges and could support more structured, measurable approaches to resilience.eng
