This thesis examines how Generative AI reshapes cognitive work, managerial expertise, organ izational culture, and innovation logic in strategic decision-making environments. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines a quantitative survey on cognitive offloading with qualitative expert interviews across three subtopics. These were analyzed using Mayring’s content analysis method. The results demonstrate that, although Generative AI increases effi ciency, it also introduces risks such as overreliance, cultural resistance, and creative conver gence. Across all levels, AI integration creates new tensions between automation and human contribution.
